I think it's a good idea. Maybe it will help young girls' self confidence. When you're young you can be easily influenced into thinking those pictures are real and you get a distorted view of beauty.

I have generally come to assume that all images in the media have been altered unless I am somehow able to verify otherwise.
I have seen ads in broadcast trade publications for video cameras which can alter the images in real time.
