Damn those are some white people. I'm surprised they don't have a token Mexican they can point those at to feel really proud of themselves.

I own machine guns and that is definitely in poor taste.

Having shot at SGC I can say they have many nice members, but it is Scottsdale so they do have a fair amount of Douches.

As for the pictures my Nieces and Nephews (ages 8-24) think it rocks, but they all grew up around firearms and do not seem to go into fits of Homicidal rage when around them like some posters here do!

Wouldn't it be great if an Arab family asked to wear traditional dress and glower at the camera menacingly with their brown, terrorist hands coiled around machine guns? HAR!

Jeez, you know, the daily fail has been running a few "hahah, check out the yanks" stories of late. You know you're in trouble when the poms are laughing at you.

Its in Scottsdale. You can't get the 'Special' unless you go to the Gilbert side of the Valley. Your choices on this side are college hotties from Tempe or Mormons from Mesa. And the hotties aren't interested in babies.

That's a terrible looking Santa. If you are going to pull some silly publicity stunt at least get a decent looking Santa. That Santa costume looks like a $20 K-Mart special.

FTFY

Wal*Mart is much more Second-Amendment friendly.

Those stereotypes aren't without foundation. Ever been to TN/KY/TX/OK/WV/VI/IN/IO/IL/NB/MT/MO/AL/MI/MS/just about any rural area in any state?

Yes, have you?

I've been to all those places except VI (Virgin Islands? Oh, you mean VA) and IO (Isn't that one of Jupiter's moons? Oh you mean IA).

Where the fark are you from?

Hope they know that Arizona isn't exactly representative of the whole country.

I understand and accept the 2nd Amendment, but I'll never really understand gun fetishists.

As a life long gun owner, I've come to the conclusion that anyone over the age of 25 that still feels the need to own military-style weapons should probably be locked up. Wanna-be army people scare me.

$80K?
The Minigun and MK-19, they gotta run at least a quarter million alone.

I concur, but as a collector of Old West guns, I may have some issues that scare people.

Sweet, it's about time the US caught up with Africa and started training children as soldiers. If they're too good for cleaning up the schools, then shouldn't mind going to war for us, amiright? If they won't do it for it Jesus, you bet your ass they'll do it for Santa.

I'll never understand car aficionados. To me, a car is just a means to get from point A to point B expeditiously. Meh.

What I won't do, though, is use language that makes them seem strange or weird simply because they enjoy collecting or using common items.

keylock71: Unless you're in some lame action movie, a weapon is not a prop.

That pretty much sums up my thoughts on the matter. I'm all for the 2nd amendment and responsible gun ownership, but waaaayyyy too many gun fans - like these morons - seem to think guns are toys. I enjoy target shooting, I own two handguns and a rifle, but I don't think they're toys, I think they're dangerous weapons, and they are treated like dangerous weapons at all times when they are in my house or possession.

Part of that involves not giving it to a little kid standing in front of Santa Claus and having him treat it like a goddamn toy firetruck.

2011-11-28 08:09:10 AM
I imagine there were two types of Brits reading this article--those who look wistfully to when they could own firearms and the nanny-state adherents that were totally "offended" at the idea. Thank God for America!!!

Inside of a military it's too dark to read.

dittybopper: What I won't do, though, is use language that makes them seem strange or weird simply because they enjoy collecting or using common items.

Yep. Because there's certainly a legitimate parallel to be drawn between having a kid sit in the driver's seat of a car for a photo and having him stand next to the king of toy-givers and hold an item that is designed, built, and distributed for the express purpose of killing living things like it's a fun stocking stuffer.

There are the people who treat cars like toys and drive them around the road like its their personal racetrack, but there aren't too many of them who teach their kids that's okay. There are plenty of gun nuts out there teaching their kids that guns are fun toys. Right there is a whole gun club full of the idiots.

The comments from the Brits are farking hysterical.

One of my friends who lives in Surrey was cowering in her flat during the last round of riots. That's what she gets for giving up her most basic of human rights, the right to defend one's self. Along with the dozens of other human rights the Brits have surrendered to their government.
