Hey, I'm not defending Norv Turner, I can recognize he's shiatty, just saying 53 yarders are hard to get.

They only went 13-3 under Norv because their best in-division opponent was 8-8: They were 5-1 in in-division games, against an 8-8 Broncos, 5-11 Raiders and 4-12 Chefs.

I always found it ironic they gave Turner an extension the year he did almost the same as Scotty, but worse(Scotty went 14-2 with a second round exit, Norv went 13-3 with a second round exit).

I know Nick Novak. He went to UMD with me, and we had a few mutual acquaintances. He's a country boy through-and-through, stump dumb unless you're talking football (or soccer - he has a twin brother who played).

Watched the game, and saw this. Thought he was just icing down his groin. I live a sheltered life.

Come to think of it, my family was watching the game, and young kids were present. What the hell?! They can't show garbage like this when kids might be watching! I might have to sue NBC and the NFL for the emotional trauma my family has certainly suffered from watching this!
