I hadn't read the synopsis beforehand, I had a friend who told me it was an "excellent but *difficult* foreign movie", so I figured I'd give it a shot. The same logic worked on me a few years earlier with Salo. My friend had a huge shiat eating grin on his face after hearing I saw it
