Virgo's like change. Yes, they are very meticulous, in their world. They tend to run away from static situations. Some jobs don't require neat butterflies, and I guess, this job might be one of them. Good on this firm to understand their own negatives, and to ask applicants to not waste time.

Seriously, though - why is a Chinese company using Western astrology? Shouldn't they be saying "no Tigers and Dragons need apply, we only want Pigs and Rats"?
