What the deuce? So just because someone appears in films or TV shows they should be subjected to what she describes, and be stripped of any right to privacy? That's ridiculous. What about people who become famous just by playing a sport they like and are good at it? Yeah there are attention seekers who court the paparrazi but if someone wants to be left alone the mere fact that they were in a film once shouldn't preclude them from that.

They do more than simply take a few pictures.

So she frequents dark streets at midnight? Hmmm.

Meh. She's a rich and famous Brit and the tabloid wars are blood sport. I have little sympathy. However, I would bang it like a screen door in a hurricane.

Granted, many paparazzi are utterly amoral sharks who feed off the weakest elements of humanity and their base desire to obsess over the minor doings of people they don't know. Many celebrities, however, exist only to chum the water and lure the paparazzi closer. Glass house+Throwing Rocks.

There aren't a lot of women whom I suspect of possessing charisma sufficent to convince me brutally assault people no matter how disreputable on nothing more than their say so, but Sienna Miller might just be such a woman. She was so enchanting I watched every episode of Keen Eddie as it aired.

If she wants privacy, she can stay in her house. Nobody has a right to privacy when they are outside. It's not like celebrities being hounded is a new phenomenon.

She doesn't even have to do that. She is rich and could probably live anywhere in the world. If you choose to live in a huge city full of people with cameras you are kind of a dumbass. I mean Johnny Depp is a huge star, but when was the last time you saw him complain about being chased, and the reason it doesn't happen is because he lives in the south of France. Same with Clooney, he spends a bunch of time living on a lake in Italy. The national enquirer or US magazine (or their British equivalents) aren't going to send photographers to remote areas France or Italy when they have dumb young starlets like Lohan and others going out to clubs and other places in LA or London and getting drunk and/or doing dumbass shiat.

Dark street, pack of men, 21 year old hottie, Glock 9mm.......I don't think my local prosecutor would spend more than 3 minutes reading the police report before he called it justifiable use of force.

Interesting how there seems to be a growing consensus that there is no longer any such thing as privacy apart from that given by obscurity - basically the only way to have any privacy is to be too boring for anyone to bother investigating you. Technology is making stalking people cheaper and easier all the time, so it seems like more and more people will be harassed, and it is also diluting the entire media system into a celebrity gossip magazine at the expense of analyzing serious issues.

Sorry, but being rich and famous shouldn't mean people are subjected to what would be illegal if done by anyone other than a photographer.

Yes because when I think of fames recluses the first person I think of is George Clooney. The reality is though is that there is a ton of room between crazy hermit on one end of the spectrum and paparizzi bait who goes out to popular clubs where they know photographers are going to be on the other. Honestly I think most stars, who regularly appear in tabloids, like the attention even though they complain about it since it keeps the public from forgetting about them.I mean if they didn't why would so many stars live in LA? I mean it is not like the old days where if you were an actor you had to live in LA so you wouldn't miss auditions, because taking a train from across the country to get there wasn't an option. Today you can get to LA from anywhere in the US in an afternoon (especially if you charter your own plane).

GLock 9mm...Ill go with MEH. SUre, you cant knock Glocks reliability, but it has the aesthetics of a brick. There are just as reliable guns on the market, but with much better looks and feel. Next, we have the 9mm cartridge...marginal at best. 40 cal is a much more potent round, and doesnt effect mag capacity much.
