You need 1 of 12 for a hung jury or a mistrial. You need all 12 for guilty or not guilty. Also, I'm not saying it was ghosts, but it was ghosts.

Probably. He doesn't seem like he was enough neurons firing up there to realized that trying to represent himself in court is a bad idea. Even the worse public defender at least passed the state bar.

We had some of these "paranormal" types investigating a place where I work. I wanted to tell them to leave the poor ghosties and ghoulies alone, as in my experience dead folks aren't half the PITA the ones who are still breathing are.
