If what this guy said holds out, at the very least the doctors and nurses involved will lose their licenses to practice. An IVF clinic accepting sperm for fertilization that they didn't collect themselves? That's like taking a bottle of farking blood in to the hospital and saying "please hook this up for my transfusion". Nobody would accept that.

It varies from gent to gent and doctor to doctor, but it's a few days to a week of tenderness, and they typically don't give you more then standard OTC painkillers.

Local anesthetic. Really wasn't any pain at all. And had no pain afterward...just stayed on the couch and took it easy for a couple days. However, I do have a very high pain tolerance.

Most don't, at least not in my area.

My experience has been that using spermicidal condoms more than twice a day can cause extreme burning/discomfort for vaginas. The regular ones don't have that effect.

If you guy to a pharmacy with a decent condom collection, you'll be able to find pretty much every trojan type of condom in both spermicidal and nonspermicidal variety.
