Good Christ. She cannot act to save her life. Go watch her in "School of Rock." Horrible. And she is marginally funny at her best. What the hell is with NBC? Whitney is bad enough when it comes to barely attractive, hardly funny abrasive bad actresses.

Whitney is in a class by herself in that field. I don't know how she got a show. She must have taken intense blow job classes from her mom, Chelsea Handler to get any work at all.

See, I completely disagree. I think she was perfect in the League last week, and think that is the perfect use for her. Her strength is not leading/central character. Certainly not leading/central character on farking network television.

I agree with you, I thought she worked in that part. And Jeff Goldblum as Ruxin's dad was farking *perfect*.

So does this mean that the other Sarah Silverman comedy show went under? Because that was positively awful. I watched two episodes:

1) I thought I had AIDS, but then it turned out I didn't! LOL!
2) I thought I was a lesbian, but then it turned out I wasn't! LOL!

I've seen her be funny - I thought her "Sell the Vatican, Feed the World" bit was hilarious. But the sitcom as a form of entertainment is basically dead. The sitcom died, then the meta-joke where you make a bad sitcom on purpose died, then the lol-so-ironic-amirite resurgence of the sitcom with an edgy lead died. It's dead. Let it stay dead.

Well, I hate Jim Norton. To be fair my only exposure to him is from that godawful Colin Quinn show.
