That sounds crazy until you realize that the legal limit there is .02%.

Diplomatic Immunity by G. Bh

I can speed in my car down the road.
I don't have to follow the highway code.
The laws which bind you don't bother me.
I've got diplomatic immunity.

We should fix him up with thumbs up super extreme girl from last night.

Back in the 1990s a drunk driving diplomat in America had his immunity revoked and went to prison. (wikilink)

Of course .30 is just getting warmed up by Fark standards. Anyone else notice the phrase "cunning linguist"? I wonder if the writer won a bet he could get that published?

Well, since nobody died in the incident, IMHO proper response would be to declare the guy Persona Non Grata and give him 48 hours to leave the country. Followed by a "sternly worded letter" to his employing government.

Would do wonders to his career.

It's the register. I think the bet would be if they DIDNT publish drivel.

A few rough calculations suggest each litre of the diplomat's blood was as boozy as a third of a shot of whiskey.

Hell, what are we waiting for? Let's bleed him out. I'll get the Cokes and a bag of ice.

I used to arrest people in Adams Morgan behind the wheel at .30 all the time. They were walking (sort of) and talking, just drunk as fark.

The highest I ever saw was .471 at the GWU ER. He was aspirating vomitus through an NPA, but otherwise in no immediate distress.

I was once involuntarily institutionalized (aka: drunk tanked) with a .42 BAC

Anyways, a glass of wine is typically around 12% and liquor about 45%......that is 12.00 and 45.00....I have no idea why they claim his 0.30% is "as boozy as a third of a shot of whisky" or about the same as a glass of wine??

There's more alcohol in marachino cherry juice.....

Didn't read the article. I'm betting it was a Russian.

Came here for this. With no oral sex context, there's no point in stretching for the pun.

Until you realize 15 times that is still 0.300%, enough to make most folks blackout.

"Poland's limit is 0.2 grammes per litre (0.02 per cent)"

Which is stupid because its possible for a person to have up to a 0.03 without having consumed a drop of alcohol. BAC can also be affected by what foods one has eaten and how their body processes that food.

Hot--What a pomeranian cunning linguist may look like.

FTA: The unnamed cunning linguist drove erratically until he was stopped by cops in the Pomerania region

Is this some metric version or is it really only .3 BAC
