Just... the math doesn't work out there, man, a significant proportion of fertilization events end in non-implantation or rapid rejection of the fetus. I'm generally pro-life (I'm opposed to imposing on the choices of others, however) and even I can see what kind of awful ramifications a law like this would have.

Is this the new Republican strategy? To just keep wasting time and resources proposing ridiculous crap that will never pass?
