See, here's the thing. They all resent the attention Twilight gets from the teenage, young-adult, and MILF-y women that will never want them, so they latch onto any lame-ass excuse they can find for hatred of it in order to deflect their inner rage, and Kristen Stewart is just one of many targets. Don't misunderstand; she's not by any means a gift to the acting world, but she's certainly not unattractive by any stretch, and I think she has at least a fair degree of talent. Most FARKers more than likely haven't seen a single non-Twilight movie she's been in, or just choose not to see beyond the Twilight-related part of her career...you know, where she had to play a shy, introverted teenage girl and therefore had to look and behave like one on camera. If you see her in interviews she's completely unlike her character, and yeah, you don't see her smiling a lot in photos of her in public, but I'd like to see any FARKer here smiling while they have 30 losers with cameras crawling up their asses for a photo op.

A girl like Kristen Stewart, well, she's the kind of girl you take your time with. Can't rush her, or you'll just scare her off. No, you have to come at her sort of sideways, and slowly slice small pieces of flesh from her body, one piece at a time. Do it right, cook her flesh just so, and she'll be with you for years before she realizes what you're up to.

As much as I hate Twilight, I kinda agree with you. I notice that Stewart only has that vacant, blank, look in the Twilight movies, while Pattinson has it all the time. He can come out of the closet after the next movie and fade into obscurity. I think she will have a longer acting shelf life.
