There are just a few thousand people in the world that participate in Christmas decorations at this level. Most of those covet the instant internet fame that was observed back in 2005 when that guy in Ohio became an overnight sensation. When hosts post videos like this, it almost makes me hope they get what they seek because they deserve all the hassles that come with it.

/good luck, Mr. Over-the-top Christmas decorator. Here is hoping nobody has a seizure watching your house go all flashy.

Usually just need to loosen one light in each string. Or you can pull them out completely.

Be sure to leave the bulbs in a bag on the owner's doorstep. Theft is wrong.

Always thought if I had a neighbor with a huge flashing display like in the vid... that it would be worth recording them search for the one cut wire, which was then recovered but not reconnected with matching tape, and see how long it took them to find it.

Possibly a little piece of paper hidden under the tape - NOW you'll be in a viral video.

But.. no, that would be wrong. Someone should never do such a thing.. Muwahahahaaaa
