Women's sizes are WAY different, not really based on measurements. A women's 16 or 18 is around a dude's 44 (I think, that shiat's confusing and aggravating, because it varies by manufacturer.)

Ahhh thats what I was looking for, a few years ago after two rotator cuff surgeries and a back injury I had a 42 inch waist and I was no where near 500lbs, hell I wasnt even 300.

All I can say is thank god for muscle memory, work out early kids, you will be thankful later in life.
