That cat is either old/lazy or just used to that dog. My cat used to terrorize my X's German Sheppard. She would pester it or just run up and smack it to get it to chase her, then whip around the banister to the stairs to the basement and stop.. the dog NEVER went around, it would just stick its head through the banister and she would pummel that dog's head like crazy. 20 hits in 2-3 seconds easy LMAO
