Most likely, the cocaine was planted as part of the "You annoyed the cops" penalty. Much easier to make a felony conviction stick if they had the drugs than if they "just" misused 911.

Funny you mention that. A few years ago, a corrupt 'narc' was planting drugs on people and then having his corrupt cop-friend arrest them, and they would share the reward money.

Just set your dialup modem to dial 9 for an outside line, and 1170 to disable call waiting. No cocaine needed.

A) The friendly 911 dispatcher will call you back if you're lucky after about 20 cycles.

B) A car with pretty red and blue lights will show up.
