It actually improves your outlook on things if you accept the idea that we're the Evil Universe.

Physics question: is anti-matter repelled by gravity?

We've actually moved past Evil and are now in the Wacky Universe. (new window)

Isn't the answer probably not? IIRC it's not according to the standard model but then we think the standard model will have corrections (TFA is a case in point). More importantly no one's been able to measure the gravitational attraction between matter and antimatter.

But what if anti-matter is traveling through times backwards (from its frame of reference of course), then it would be repelled by gravity (from its frame of reference).

From its FOR, everything would be repelled by gravity. Just sayin'...

As we can see anti-matter on earth it makes me wonder if that means matter and antimatter gravitationally attract each other, otherwise over long time periods wouldn't matter and antimatter separate from each other (basically the opposite effect that causes nebula to coalesce into stars) because gravity, while the weakest of the four basic forces at close distance, dominates at longer distances as it weakens more slowly as the distance increases. But maybe the intense attraction between matter/antimatter pairs would make this separation too slow to see over the short 14 billion years the universe has had so far in its lifetime, and it would only happen in trillions of years time.

OK, so I understand a DP violation and why that'll get you in trouble sometimes, but what's a CP violation and why would she get pissy about it?

Considering that freedom if speech is pretty much gone, pizza turned out to be a vegetable and according to an EU panel, "water does not prevent dehydration"...this theory seems acceptable.
