We have no idea how much his company was worth or what other assets he has or how much SHE put into either his company or the property or anything else. It might be that she was asking for that amount in total in order to walk away from the marriage, and that it was actually quite reasonable. We just don't know based on the article. Given that he'd offered £600,000 it doesn't sound like her request was too far off.
