I'm not up on all the cool youtube stuff, but that sure sounds/looks like the spokes... um... orange... I guess... for the NDDOT?
I don't know or really care if the two are related, but the point is that shiat was stupid, so by logical extension something else featuring a creepy talking orange will indeed suck.
The orange says, "SLOW DOWN."

I just wish they hadn't cancelled "Stroker and Hoop" after only one season. I loved its take on the 70s-80s private eye shows.

Lol it wasn't a complaint, just an observation. And I do agree, at least Adult Swim gives shows a chance whereas other networks would tell em to fark off.

I will not watch anything live-action on that network out of principle (with the sole exception of a live-action movie adaptation of a property that was originally animated* or otherwise in cartoon form). If you want to have live action, change the name of the network. There are hundreds of other networks for live action stuff, including dozens owned by your same parent company.
