/Suck it haters. :D
/And I hate the Broncos

Meanwhile, Matt Moore has won an infinitely larger percentage of games than any other Miami Dolphins quarterback, and absolutely nobody is talking about that. And he's meant far more to the team's success than Tebow to his.

No, I'm not saying that Moore should have his dick sucked like he's better than Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady. I'm saying the NFL should not go the route of the NBA and make heroes out of shiatty players.

it isn't the NFL, it is the internet and place like Fark where we are reminded on a nearly daily basis what is happening in Tebow's life. But as long as he is managing ways to win, it doesn't really matter to a bronco's fan, does it.

Love him or hate him, he is finding ways to work and that is what is generating the cooler talk on Monday mornings.

Tebow!

I am still at a loss as to how he got out of the way of the blitz and ran in. Guy is taking off years of the lives of Broncos fans.

Sure, Tebow isn't an elite passing quarterback, and likely never will be. However, I don't get the hatred.

I mean, I think the thanking god thing is kind of ridiculous, but it's his perogative to do it and at the end of the day, it doesn't alter my life in the slightest.

He's 4-1 this year in games he's started. He's thrown 7 TD's against only 1 interception. He's lost 1 fumble.

It doesn't matter if your QB throws for 300+ and 3 TD's if you lose the game. Likewise, if your QB throws for 300+ and 3 TD's in a win; and Tebow throws for 5 yards and no TD's in a win, the ultimate goal of the game was accomplished.

I don't buy into the "he's just a winner" thing. But the kid has a ton of heart, he's not afraid to go out and get hit, and his teammates seem to rally around him and really like him. Plus, he's winning football games....something Orton wasn't doing.

Hate all you want, take pictures of yourself Tebowing in random places, but he's winning games.

As a Panther fan, I can safely say that Matt Moore will not take the Miami dolphins to the playoffs.

I think when you compare Tebow's stats to almost any non-Brady QB who faced the Jets this year(And nobody is saying Tebow is even close to Brady), he didn't do too bad. I also saw about 3 passes in the 3rd quarter that were nicely put that his recievers just plain didn't haul in.

But at the same time, I saw enough WTF throws that we all know Tebow is not acclimated to the passing game...yet.

I think in that game what I saw was potential. He put nice spirals on some passes, he ran hard, he got a little excited and messed up at times and other times he just has not gotten the experience to do good. But I also saw someone who, unlike Ryan Leaf or JaMarcus Russell or Akili Smith (etc etc), seems to be trying to learn, doing decently at it and has the potential to become a game manager-type QB with running ability.

Tim Tebow will almost certainly not be a Top 10 or Top 5 QB(I will not say "never" because that is just ASKING to be bit in tbe uitt in the future), but he has the talent to lead a team into the playoffs and as his accuraccy and mechanics improve he will just need a team around him to do something with. If the Broncos defense can build off the success they are beginning to have and they get a RB, well...the Broncos may yet be good once more.

I just want credit where it's due. QB's that put up his kind of numbers don't win games unless the rest of the team is playing pretty damn well. Tebow is clutch, but he get too much credit for wins.

A few key guys on offense, at least. The rest of the team could be pretty shiatty sometimes for a few QBs but they can still hang 35+.

As long as the Denver defense plays as well as it did against Sanchize we will continue to enjoy Tebow Fever (catch it! .. offer void for WRs)

I wish Brady had a defense that allowed him to score 10 points and still win games.

On the other hand Tebow only really got going when his running was unleashed, if Denver was willing to risk him carrying the ball early in the game as much as he did on that last drive, then he probably would score more.

As a Pats fan I really enjoyed that last drive and I was cheering for Tebow as much as I ever have for any unpatriotic NFL player.

Jets < Tebow

4-14 with Orton, 5-3 with Tebow. The traditional pocket passer has them getting top-5 picks in the draft. The "shiatty" QB has them on pace for a respectable playoff berth record (10-6). I don't see how you can not call him a winner right now.

The Broncos beat the Dolphins, Raiders (w/o their starting QB or RB), the Chiefs, and the Jets (on a short week road game). Underwhelming accomplishment is underwhelming.

I said a few QBs (elite guys), not Orton. Dude is definitly winning now, good for him.
(As a Bears fan I am still partial to Orton for his good years with us, obviously. So put in that situation I would have made the wrong choice by leaving Orton in, or probably going to Quinn next. But Orton could have won a few but not all that Tebow won as well).

Johns Fox & Elway are probably shiatting themselves in Denver right now. They started the season with Orton; all the while, many fans were clamoring for Tebow, and grew increasingly noisier as their fortunes worsened under Orton. All of a sudden, the team will be either tied for or one-half game out of first after Sunday. So doesn't this make the fans look like geniuses and Fox & Elway like idiots?

I think it makes it look like the AFC is filled with bad defenses that can get beat by a college offense.

A week ago the NY media was all about the upcoming changing of the guard in the AFC East.

They all forgot that pride goeth before the Same Old Jets return - new faces perhaps, but always that same delightful mix of ineptitude and immaturity.

Good on him. So what if he's a practicing Christian who's upfront and honest about his beliefs? He's not out getting shot at in clubs, he's not beating his wife/girlfriend, he's not talking shiat about anybody and everybody on the opposing team, and he's got a never-quit positive attitude... so why the hate? All that, AND he's managed to put together four wins when their supposedly superior quarterback couldn't even complete a sentence, let alone a pass.

I can't believe I'm white-knighting the dude, but seriously- it's not he raped some chick in a bar in Georgia or ritually murdered dogs as a hobby. I don't understand why people feel the need to bag on him.

other than the FTFY, so much THIS. the guy isn't that great of a QB, in terms of passing anyway. But he motivates his teammates and does enough to help them win. Can't not like the guy in this day and age of selfish athletes, arrests, tweeting instead of reading playbooks, gotta like the guy.
