My father used to be a crash investigator for Santa Fe and he hated talking to the local news.
They would show up at the accident scene and start asking questions and he would answer with some variation of this, "Well, the farkin' truck driver didnt see the signal or the farkin' train or both so when he tried to cross the tracks he got plowed by the motherfarkin' engine. He is one lucky fark, ill tell you that!"

They stopped bothering with him and moved on to somebody else.

When are we going to stop this train menace? They must be put on some kind of set route so we will know what areas they might pass through. We should even add some king of warning when one is approaching maybe a horn, or flashing lights, or a gate, I know just to be safe let's use all three.

He needs to go back for some training.

Those jerks always act like they're better than the rest of us.

Superior man! More less powerful than a locomotive!

He (maybe) got one out of three. I thought it was Stop. Look. Listen.

"The train did not derail and the truck remained upright in the accident..."

...muttered a dejected Michael Bay as he walked away from the scene, kicking at rocks on the ground as he went.

Loaf's Tray: "The train did not derail and the truck remained upright in the accident..."

Oh bravo. Bravo!

Also FTA: "Police say Miller was hospitalized but there was no word on his condition."

I'm going out on a limb and suggest that his condition is "stupid".

The Irresponsible Captain: He (maybe) got one out of three. I thought it was Stop. Look. Listen.

Stop, Collaborate and Listen. (new window)

So was it a whole truck before the accident?

The Irresponsible Captain: He (maybe) got one out of three. I thought it was Stop. Look. Listen.

Look, Listen, and Live. "Stop" is only strongly implied to be step 2.5

Dinobot: soundwave superior, constructicons astrotrain inferior

more appropriate.

When he's underwater does he get wet, or does the water get him instead?

"Water over fire: the image of the condition
In AFTER COMPLETION.
Thus the superior man
Takes thought of misfortune
And arms himself against it in advance."
He should have read the I Ching.

Ghastly: When he's underwater does he get wet, or does the water get him instead?

Superior man, meets Locomotive man. They have a fight, Locomotive wins.

Was he wearing a high-visibility jacket?
