or, what if WIlliam and his hot wife, what if the babby they formed is a girl? Does she become 4th in line as noted above, or, does the redhaired kid take precedence over her to him being male?

Once William and Kate have a baby, Harry gets in line behind the tot, male or female. If he wants the thrown, he's gotta do his brother in before he reproduces.

As the soon to be royal fetus will eventually be head of state for Antigua & Barbuda, Australia, the Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Canada, Grenada, Jamaica, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, The Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, and the United Kingdom... politics is not out of keeping with reality.

So a potential baby 3rd in line for a symbolic role with no actual political power in politics. Not even symbolic for at least 50 years. My two kids have an equal chance at political power/influence and they were actually born. If I have any more kids, or the next time I bang my wife, I will be sure to post the details to the Fark politics thread.
