My wife has huge boobs on a small frame (32G, 5'7, 130 lbs). Women who complain about back pain from their boobs need to exercise. The wife does yoga (which is funny to watch because her boobs mash up everywhere in half of the poses... not that I'm complaining) and it's really good at strengthening and stabilizing your core muscle group (abdomen, chest, back). That's probably why she never has any back issues even though her knockers are easily 4 lbs each.

But then again, most women who have big boobs these days (especially really large ones) are fat, so it's expected that they probably do little to no exercize, which I'm certain only compounds the issue if they are having back pain.

And yeah, breast reduction surgery is not cool. Not cool at all. Here's a funny insight:
