A worn-down 21-year-old and a butch lesbian... match made in heaven.

If he ends up being the father, and they press charges on her for statutory rape, wouldn't it kind of negate the whole "let's keep the record sealed and confidential" thing his lawyers are trying to get?

2011-11-17 12:22:02 PM
Apparently the lawyer convinved her they can still settle out of court just to maker it go away. It's the new patent trolling. Paternity trolling.

hmmm..

I'm not sure what to care or if to even care..

I just don't know who to rut for at this point.

She's money grabbing and he's...well... him (or something).

Is there a way that they both can win and lose at the same time?

hmm.. thinking.. how's this... it is his child, he needs to pay up to a fund, but she goes to jail so the child gets seized and adopted and never hear from either of them again... the adoptive parents simply get a monthly allowance from the fund.

Did they do something to this kid so he doesn't age? Maybe it's because I only ever see him on fark links but he seems to still be twelve years old.

I'm actually more creeped out.

Bieber's att'y: Whew, we really dodged a bullet there. Stupid biatch agreed to the settlement offer of $1 mil and will sign a non-disclosure agreement and drop the suit.

Bieber's publicist issues press release: Stupid biatch is a big, fat, ugly liar. Oh, and stupid too.

Bieber's att'y: I forgot to mention that we need to hold off on any inflammatory press releases until AFTER she signs the NDA.

Bieber's publicist: Oops.

Confusing headline is confusing. Too many pronouns that wind around making you have to think too hard.

FTA: But Leving told WGNtv: 'She believes Justin Bieber is the father. Right now there's no more interviews for Mariah Yeater, I'm not going to allow that.

If you are not a ho, then you KNOW that he is the father. Otherwise, it means that you've been farking around with lots of people and should go on Maury to figure this out.

While she may certainly go to jail for statutory rape, why would the child be taken away? If Bieber is actually the father, he would simply get custody of the child in that case.

Unless, of course, he's a giant douchebag and doesn't want anything to do with his kid.

Well.. they both appear to be not very good parent material. At some point, the kid would be better growing up away from the circus.

If he is the father... he's already showed no interest.

I really hope this does go to Maury... it would be an amazing episode.

But regardless... if I was him, I'd have the tests done faster than the conception took.

Even if she dropped the paternity suit, if I were him, I would go ahead with the DNA test just to prove to everyone else that she is a lying liar. Then of course I would sue the crap out of her (course the legal fees would outweigh any sort of compensation that i could get from her, but I would do it just to send a message to any other potential scammers out there that I will go full retard on your @ss if you ever try anything like this.)

That is the first thing that popped in my head when I saw her pics. I mean the guy is dating a hot latina chick. Why in the hell would he do this chick if he can get any tail he could possibly want.

I wholeheartedly agree. If he's not the father, he needs to go full-tilt on her. But you know what would happen, don't you? If he sued her, he would be shredded in the press for being too hard on her. Women's advocacy groups would come out in force in support of her and say that Bieber's legal team is harassing this poor, confused single mother, who is somehow the victim in all of this.

Needless to say, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. Personally, I think he needs to stop delaying and get the damned paternity test done.

Oh well. If he's not the father, go after her, go after her attorneys who keep this thing alive, go after every dime she hopes to make from interviews and anything which can be remotely tied to the suit. Fight this shiat to the end. The guy has boatloads of money but little respect. If he makes it clear that he'd rather spend $10 million fighting a frivolous suit than settle for a $1 million "go away" settlement, he still has boatloads of money and gains a lot of newfound respect. And probably no more frivolous suits.

Time for your balls to drop, Justin. If you're the father, do the right thing. If you're not, prove it and proceed to lay down a legal smack of epic proportions.

I've never listened to a single Bieber song, but I'm all about him winning in a most take-no-prisoners way. Even if he's the dad, there will be dead-nuts evidence to pin her for statutory rape and win. Gold-digging insane people deserve no quarter, and I seriously doubt that any "women's advocacy groups" will rush to her aid.

She raped a kid and got pregnant and then tried to pin it on some other schlub... at best. At worst, she's a gold-digging psychopath who has, unfortunately, bred.

???

So, let me guess, you didn't have any sex in high school. Average age to lose virginity in america is somewhere around 15.

although it may have been illegal, it doesn't mean that in reality it was not consensual.

2011-11-17 05:13:39 PM
FTFA: A lawyer for Mariah Yeater has denied that her paternity suit has been withdrawn and insisted that negotiations to secure a confidential DNA test are still taking place.

Why confidential? If he denies even meeting the woman, why the need to negotiate for confidentiality? If he is 100% confident that he's never met her, let alone farked her, he should either fight the allegations in court or take a test, allow the results to be made public and let her be seen as the liar she is.

Something smells fishy here, and it ain't just ol' herpe-lips mom.

Statutory rape is the "illegal" to which you refer. Statutory rape is what she claims to have done. If he was below the age of consent in the jurisdiction at the time (and how they do vary) it was not, by definition, consensual.

But since that likely didn't even happen, she's probably just a gold-digging con that is in way out of her depth band.

Leving said: 'My goal is that when the DNA test is completed... is to keep everything confidential so the results will remain confidential.'

So you want the results to be kept confidential, but confidentiality wasn't an issue when your client was blabbing to any new organization that would listen. Sorry you can't have it both ways.

This is what I think happened. She filled a paternity suit and went to the press with this lie thinking that she would get some money to shut up and go away. When Bieber's people called her bluff and set the DNA test in motion, then said that they are going to sue her when it comes back negative, she and her lawyer tried to drop everything and say my bad. But Bieber's people wouldn't drop it and pressed on with the DNA test so they could file suit against her. Now she and her lawyer are desperately trying to work out a deal with Bieber's people so she won't get sued and are trying play on the public for sympathy for her.

She should have gone with Gloria Allred. I would have loved to see her get her ass handed to her with this,

It's her attorney who wants the paternity test results to be confidential. And although Bieber can get tested at any time, the results won't mean fark until his DNA can be compared to the child's DNA.

Women who attempt to get men to pay their child support simply because they want a payday should be kicked in the coont and made to pay their attempted victim child support instead.

I don't think it's herp lip. I think it's where she used to have a piercing. She's removed it to not look so skanky.

Also, at the time of the alleged Bieberization, he was 16 and she was 19. That's legal in California.

foo monkey: Also, at the time of the alleged Bieberization, he was 16 and she was 19. That's legal in California.

That doesn't seem to be true. It's still statutory rape; it's just only a misdemeanor.

/too lazy to find a link that Fark will accept
//the first Google result for "California age of consent" should work, though

common sense is an oxymoron: It's her attorney who wants the paternity test results to be confidential. And although Bieber can get tested at any time, the results won't mean fark until his DNA can be compared to the child's DNA.

So she won't hand over the baby's DNA, and he won't hand over his unless she does it first, and so it's a stand-off? I couldn't understand why he wouldn't just throw DNA all over the place and call her bluff, but if she's now playing some game where she can't just turn over the kid's DNA because it's "confidential" or something....farking lawyers. it sounds like her lawyer realizes that he took on a bum case, but is still going to try to make some money off of it.

Maybe Beiber needs some better lawyers too. I'd have filed all kinds of shiat on her by now.
