Shouldn't this violate some kind of wiretap laws? Since "council members" and who knows who else will have recordings of your phone calls made while in the cab and also your private conversations with whoever you are sitting with? Seems the UK wants to to not only track your location from the moment you leave your house until you return, but also but also record your image and voice from the moment you leave your house until you return.
