"I hear there is going to be a shake-up," the source said.

Why, it's almost as if these people don't know the first thing about the carbonated beverage industry.

eh, it's whatever. It's cheap and has some flavor about it so I'm gonna keep on drinking it. We cant all drink Chimay and whatever odd and unknown brand is most popular today. (Though I would love to)

Pepsi sucks, its the worst drink out there, you should just pour maple syrup, sugar, and water in a glass to get a better drink than the shiat that is pepsi.

That appears to be imported Mexican Coke. Made with real sugar and in a glass bottle. Bottled deliciousness.

You're not kidding.

I've been telling my family for YEARS that Coca-Cola with its current corn syrup formula tasted like crap compared to the good ol' "real" sugar formula.

And then, lo and behold, our local Phoenix, AZ, Costco carried cases of Mexican-imported Cokes. You bet your drawers I bought several of them.

And we went through them in a matter of days. (I know, I know, shameful OD'ing our kids on calories and whatnot. Trust me, our kids are still lean compared to their peers)...especially by my 12-year-old. It was like putting a rail of coke in front of Lindsay Lohan. It was gone just like that.

Ever since then, I always make it a point to buy a "Mexican Coke" specifically for my son whenever I buy food from the 24/7 Mexican food shops around town.

When I first moved to Europe I went on a big coke drinking binge because it is only sold with "real sugar" here.

Novelty wore off quick. The taste isn't THAT different.

I have a friend that always made fun of me for liking Coke over Pepsi and Mexi-coke over Coke. He thought I was being a jerkbag. Said friend is a beer friend. I asked him if there was a difference between the taste of Bud Light and Guinness, and he begrudgingly admitted my point.

The problem is that the CEO thinks that beverages have little to no growth prospects. She doesn't see PepsiCo as a soda company, she sees it as a convenience food company. The people who are die-hard brandists and traditional beverage company ideologists don't like her. She's been featured a couple times in the Wall Street Journal and other places and is pretty dismissive of the traditional Pepsi arena. Calling PepsiCo a beverage company is like calling GE an appliance manufacturer. It's almost a sideline these days to more lucrative products and services.

That's a bit of a stretch. It's like comparing Orange Soda to Coca Cola.

Miller vs Bud is a more accurate comparison in my opinion.

The cola war has already become a civil war at the top two spots, but Pepsi has jack-squat to do with it. Diet Coke passed Pepsi earlier this year, so unless that trends reversed itself, Pepsi is now #3 out of 2 in the cola world. I wonder when Coke Zero will pass it as well.

Not to me! I loves some Kingdom of Loathing. Although I hardly ever bother to do the cola wars after 40+ ascensions.

Surely won't be Coke Zero. Look for Sprite or Fanta (insert fruit here)
