From TFA: "If you suddenly think Stephen Colbert is truly right wing, that's when I would worry."

Good BOG, then at least half of the GOP is...

Oh, yeah. Well, that would figure.

NYTimes did a long story on guy - sort of an obit/memoir - who had died. He was a professor at Harvard(?) and anyway at one point the article mentioned what raconteur the guy was.

He was sitting in on a lecture given by a friend and the lecturer said something along the lines of how 'a person can't be negative using positive words' and the other guy calls out from the back of the hall: 'Yeah. Right', in a very sarcastic tone.

I about choked from laughing because it was unexpected.

CSB if only I could remember it better.

If she's good with sarcasm, she might just make silly comments about the weather instead of trying to kill you.

In all honesty, I've never liked sitcoms. I would sneak out of the living room while the folks watched Family Matters and Step by Step and go play manhunt with my friends in the cemetery.

By the time Friends came on I had discovered pot, booze and girls. So no, I had to Google who Chandler Bing was.

And of all the things to be ignorant about, I'm glad it's that.

Ah, sitcoms. Where the Situations are banal and contrived; where the Comedy is puerile and forced.

Let's get things nice and sparkling clear. This sarcasm - if I may call it such, is very unbecoming of you oh my brothers.
