Things like this are why cops will put you down hard if you do anything that makes them think that you might try to escape. Once they have the cuffs on your ass they are responsible for you (both for your own and for others safety). This is why, even if you know that you yourself have no intention of trying to escape, when you do anything that can be seen as resisting arrest they treat it like you're trying to escape or going to attempt to injure them or others. They don't know what's in your mind so they have to treat it as a worst case scenario.

3. Or had a skin condition that made her so slippery it was easy for her to slip off the cuffs and bars.
