Well, I know that's not the case it Canada - where they carry twittens!

CSB: I asked a Staples employee where the hanging folders were. He pointed me to the opposite side of the store. I looked and looked, not there, so I asked another one to show me. We went back over to the original side, where they were. I told him what happened and pointed out the butthole who steered me wrong. That butthole turned out to be the manager. I don't shop there anymore. Office Depot and Max are hellholes, so it's Microcenter or online.

Staples can eat a fat hairy one and have a TJ Maxx take over their empty, rotten retail corpse.

"Hi, I'd like to buy this laptop that's on sale."

"Sorry, were out of stock. But the nearly identical one next to it is in stock and is only $300.00 more."

"Can I buy the display model?"

"No."

Lather. Rinse. Repeat. Staples sucks & they're going down to suck some more.

Staples is just dreadful. I don't know how they manage it, but the feel of my local store has a weird "zombie attack imminent" vibe.

I never see anything but overpriced goods in staples. Poorer people notice these things.

Staples can kiss my arse

Whatever happened to, you know, old-fashioned stationary stores? Do those still exist?

Methinks it's time for the office supply chains to DIAF and make way for small businesses. The death of Borders made way for small bookstores, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

As a winner of the monthly $5,000 Staples gift cards, I'm getting a kick, etc...

Good for you! Was that taxable?

I can't bash Staples. As a gold reward member, you have to price things out and play the rebate game. Which I do. Next day free delivery, etc.

Staples routinely marks up their stationery and miscellaneous doodads at 100-500% of cost, so fark 'em.

/being in the inventory business had its perks

Staples (at least where I worked Kong ago) treats their employees like shiat too. Seemingly, the manager's only job was to undermine his employees. And then look at you like you're a retard even if you did exactly what he told you to do.

/I guess all retail is like that though
//Won't work retail anymore
