That's some good marketing there, Chevy. Well done.

isn't this a commercial?
just sit back, pop a few buckycubes, swallow a few steel balls and enjoy. sounds like a chevy vs ford debate.

If it means they sell more cars, I don't care. They had this bad habit of not doing that and it cost me (and about 310,000,000 other people) money to correct it.

My dad wants his 1967 Pontiac Lemans

/in-line 6, 5 barrel carb, 3 speed on-the-floor, bucket seats
//He got it in Reno Nv after returning from the PI and Vietname
///fun car

2011-11-13 12:19:11 AM
Actually, my dad just wants a new motor for his '84 CJ.

/TBH, I would just prefer it to not be terrifying to drive

2011-11-13 12:21:47 AM
My first car was a 1962 Chevy Impala 4 door sedan, with a crappy inline six and enough rust throughs you could see that was in the trunk w/o actually opening it.

It was fun to drive, at least when it wasn't sucking the life out a batteries.

However, in the extremely remote event that hasn't already totally disintegrated, were my kids to find it, buy and spring it on me like this guy's kids did, my reaction would be more like, "You wasted your money on this gaaadam POS? I'm off to get drunk."

/95 is older now...which means I'm getting older.
//3/4 ton K2500 rebuilt tranny and only minor surface rust.

My 84 C10 daily driver is a great truck. Needs a refresh on the body work, especially due to the right front fender damage from the hit-and-run accident some jackass caused me a month ago. Still it gets a lot of attention and runs like a champ.

/Nearing 200,000 on the odometer and still manages to get better mileage than a brand new Silverado.

Might be a commercial, but I like a lot of commercials when they're done this well.

I assume because it's no longer registered in America, thus their address wouldn't be in the databases by VIN number.
