Well I think the real problem is that for his level, that Charisma score is way too high for Obama, I mean unless half-black has a significant bonus to charisma, he's clearly doesn't have enough attribute level ups to assign a score of 25 to Charisma at level 11. And even if we assume it is that high, I mean geez half the time his own party is angry at him, is he just botching these diplomacy rolls or what?

And Newt was speaker of the house at one point his level should be higher, and then adjust with corresponding loss of strength and con for aging. I mean seriously.
