True story: the mandolin player in my bluegrass band is a teacher, and we just finished playing our annual show for an assembly at his school.

For our last song we played "Listen to the Flower People" in honor of Nigel Tufnel Day.

you know what upset me today,? the day that actually went to 11?? a huge percentage of my residents were born in the 90's and didnt even know who nigel tufnel was.

i was even more upset when i mentioned leonard nimoy (for some off reason) and the entire office staff DID NOT KNOW WHO LEONARD NIMOY WAS! i was all "how the fark do you NOT know who farking leonard nimoy is?!?!?" they all just shrugged and looked at me like im farking crazy or something. (i am, but thats not the point)
