My daughter was watching one of those MTV shows where they don't like their daughters boyfriend or something and they try to get her to go out with other guys. So I hear that they're talking about this punk kid messing with a super bowl ring. So i go to see who it is and the father of this girl is Willie Gault. Seems like he didn't keep it in a very safe place.

He wasn't much of a receiver for his career, but he had a great game that day. 4 catches, 129 yards.

And it's scary to think Gault is probably the best receiver Walter Payton ever played with.

(looks up Bears' leading receivers by yardage in the Payton era)

Bo Rather.
James Scott.
Brian Baschnagel (a whopping 452 yards receiving!)
Ken Margerum.
Emery Moorehead.
Gault.

That's almost as failerrific as a list of Bears quarterbacks.

My friend thought the lyric was "Now I'm as smooth as a chocolate squirrel" which is how I read it now.

I remember Willie & his wife were on that MTV show "Parental Control", they hated her current boyfriend and each picked out someone else for her to date.

During the show they found out her current boyfriend had worn his ring around the house, maybe outside of the house, and he looked very pissed. Made me wonder wtf it was doing on display when he had people coming and going while he wasn't even there.

Try living in Chicago and dealing with them. Singletary has made a career of being overrated (not that he was not very good), but he had a ton of talen surrounding him. he got a coaching job of of his legacy
