Nick seems to be turning into Disney Channel with all the shiatty tween sitcoms that it's playing. Also, why is Spongebob still alive?

There is something to be said for "The Amazing World of Gumball", too. It's ridiculous, but then there's that funny moment that only adults would get that cracks you up.

Nick is too busy playing reruns of the same episodes of "iCarly" and "Victorious" to do anything else. Pre-teens and younger teens aren't like 5 year olds; they won't watch the same episode 100 times over. But my 5 year old will watch the same episode of "MAD" 500 times if given the choice.

/The Adventures of Pete and Pete really was the Shakespeare of kid shows. Watched some episodes recently and it still holds up extremely well.

There is just something about Adventure Time and Regular Show that I can't turn away from. Its an oxymoron, like structured chaos, and it works. They both can be upbeat at moment then dark the next.

Sometimes Adventure Time can get too cheesy though.

I grew up in the 90s on Nickelodeon. I feel sorry for kids these days and their shiatty tv shows. We had Pete & Pete, Ren & Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, Are You Afraid of the Dark, etc etc.
