Except it wasn't just one, there were 2 seperate cases. The first one he paid millions to the kid who could describe detailed abnormalities on his junk. Theres actually a law in California to prevent the kind of buyout his lawyers pulled. And there are. plenty of indications that there were others who stayed bought.

I don't know if they run on TV at all or are strictly online. This isn't the first time I've seen Internet memes in their animations. The one where 3D animated Drew showed his arse is trollfaces from start to finish. I'm sure there are more. Whoever puts these together does know the online culture.
