Death is the only cure for dictators. Except in the US, where they get reelected for decades.

There has always been a cure for dictators.

It's called lead. Comes in convenient little wads.

Lead causes cancer?

Or, slightly more realistically, a doctor who was close to someone in Chávez's family identified his cancer for the first time in October (as pelvic sarcoma) and fled the country after warning Chávez might only have two years to live.

2011-11-10 03:53:45 PM
But just three weeks ago, Chavez said he was cancer-free.

Are you suggesting he was lying?

2011-11-10 04:11:07 PM
I wonder how the CIA got this in him.

While I'm not a Chavez apologist, do any Farkers here have an opinion about him other than what they've been fed by the media?

Dictator in what way?

+1 for the CIA for finally getting the ol' cancer in the uppity South American leader gag right.

Are you suggesting that Chavez is a stand-up guy who is just being subjected to character assassination by the Democratic machine in the Main Stream Media?

/sounds even more stupid in that sort of sentence, doesn't it

No it cures it. But the rest of the surrounding cells also die, unfortunately.

You're aware that this is physically impossible without living in the region, and even then, perhaps nine out of ten people there have to get their facts from the media, right?

Hard to hate on cancer after this.

In the way that when someone actually tries to run against him, Venezuela simply bans them from doing so.

Yes, the media has skewed our opinions by rebroadcasting him in all his dim-witted farknut glory, like this memorable speech at the UN. The guy's turned an oil rich developing country into a shiathole with it's own timezone.

I'm of the opinion that he's not so bad to have gotten the Saddam/Gadhaffi (can that name be spelled wrong?) treatment from his own people, but that's about as objective as one can get without consulting the press.

que.guero: While I'm not a Chavez apologist, do any Farkers here have an opinion about him other than what they've been fed by the media?

I think Chavez started as a pretty great guy, actually. He became a US enemy the same way Mohommad Mossadegh did - he nationalized oil, which cost American oil companies billions of dollars. Almost immediately afterwards we launched a coup (just like Mossadegh), but sadly it failed because the people of Venezuela actually cared enough to take to the streets and re-install him themselves. That's something that was never told to most Americans.

However after that coup attempt, he started seeing everything Anti-Chavez as an American attack on him, and he went batty. I kind of feel bad for the guy - when the US really is out to kill you, its kind of understandable to think that everything against you is the US trying to kill you.

Most Farkers are extreme-left Socialist Libtards, and thus they absolutely ADORE their Uncle Hugo. When he kicks off there will be much wailing, rending of garments and gnashing of teeth from the FarkDIMs.

Sure. Some of us are fully aware that he is the democratically elected president of a republic who happens to not like US policy, and is an unabashed socialist who is trying to do the best thing for his people.

He also is showing some dictatorial tendencies, and it's time for him to go. I only hope that the nationalization of imperialist industries in Venezuela and redistribution of wealth to the workers continues after he's gone.

I'm pretty pissed that they're wasting our tax dollars with crap like this. It is redundant to still be spreading cancer via chemtrails and to also be striking countries with our topsecret earthquake machine. Maybe it is time they finally advanced the tech to give people cancer, generate earthquakes and activate Sharia law simultaneously.

He's an ass.

I used to live in Venezuela until a month ago; I'm venezuelan, and lived in Caracas for 28 farking years; I just moved to the US to avoid his repression.

"REPRESSION? YOU'RE PROBABLY PART OF VENEZUELAS 1%!1111" no trollface; I was lower middle class, lived in downtown Caracas, but I was held in custody for a weekend for protesting the closing of a TV station back in 07; was tortured by his police and was let go under the release of my parents (I was 23 at the time, still in college).

He's an ass who doesn't give two shiats about the country for real just holding power "BUT THE POOR PEOPLE!!!!!! herp" poor people don't have access to a lot of foodstuff and his corruption is rampant; they live in slums, still, after 13 years (yes, 13 years) of HUgo Chavez being in power.

Idiot.
