In Colorado, if someone attacks your home, business or in your vehicle, you can legally shoot them.

This Texans would be toast if he pulled that shiat elsewhere. I suppose Texans aren't really known for being intelligent.

Time out: You see, in this case it wasn't a random person who drove past this guy's house. It was a random person who stopped outside it. And that makes all the difference.
