I've heard of it before, and it's technically legal (just immoral and dishonorable), but that doesn't mean I don't want to cockpunch the shiatbag who made it. They aren't even pretending to hide it. Head shops for stoners at least put on a facade of legitimacy by pretending it's all about tobacco.

I think the argument should be more on what if they used a photo of a size six model with a butter face without her knowledge or permission? This woman, even if you don't approve of her personal life choices, raises two very valid points. I really am very wary of a lot of social media sites claiming blatant ownership of anything that's posted to their servers and making profit off of it such as what happened in this matter.
