Pretty much this. I've always held the theory that he was truly a perpetual child - I don't think he ever considered himself an adult. The "sleepovers" were just a bunch of peers (children) having fun.

If you "Love" Children and you think its great to be with them, you start a Charity or you build a Kids Hospital, or even some type of kids school. You don't take them home and sleep with them.
