Sorry Honda, there's a Bad Flood Rising.

I've just noticed hard drive prices have lept from 30 quid for half a terabyte to 90quid. This'll .. shutdown ... EVRYTHNG

On the upside, I'm looking for investors -- I reckon I can make a fortune selling plastic buckets to Thailand

Honda just can't catch a break this year, can it? Earthquake in Japan, lukewarm reception to the Civic redesign and now this.

I just don't understand the whole new role of the Civic. What makes the Civic and the Accord different, now? Am I missing something really obvious, here?

Two complete sets of design teams and different factories because upper management couldn't decide on a look they liked...so they went with both! This is also known as the General Motors syndrome and has been known to tank an automaker pretty fast.

The Civic costs $6k less and has a little less room. That's all I can think.

Neither appeals to me. I preferred the look of the Accords two years ago, and every Civic after 2000 has been hideous. They're Hondas, so I'm sure they're both good cars, but I don't think I'd buy another one.

Eh, I'm more of a smaller car guy, so I'd be looking at like a 5door Fit.

Rumor has it Honda is planning a lot of new models in the next 12 months. A couple would probably have been out already if it weren't for the earthquake.
