They are learning that to be effective you have to pay admission. I love this shiat. When they can get a few hedge funds on board, they will really get it.

Like he listens to anyone except the Koch Brothers.

That was pretty awesome. I like how the Walker supporters gave up trying to drown them out halfway through.

2011-11-07 09:07:46 PM
That was AMAZING.

That was well organized, legal and articulate. Keep doing that. Keep doing exactly that. Someone text me when we're throwing one in Boston.

If polls are truly an indication of public opinion, Kasich is about to get his corporate whore, ass handed to him in a major way.

I booed Walker at the State Fair earlier this year, and he's hardly seen in Wisconsin anymore because he's always met by heckling protestors.

Walker's now getting booed out of state, in Chicago as TFA mentioned, and even before this he was booed in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Shares your confusion.

The pain is, as bad as Walker is perceived, the Democrats don't look like they have someone good enough to knock him off. Even though the first recall initiative filed by an individual in Waukesha County is a bit suspicious.

2011-11-07 09:28:54 PM
That was beautiful.

2011-11-07 09:31:10 PM
That's because he spoke in Chicago and they could get in. When he appears in Wisconsin the Troopers prevent anyone from getting in. Only vetted supporters/donors/lobbyists are brought in through secure entrances (in the Capitol they use guarded buses which unload into a tunnel under guard) and a guard is maintained around their SUVs in the lot, all at taxpayer expense. The selected audience is instructed where to sit, when to stand and when to applaud for the cameras. They always put in one black guy. In one case you had to sign a "loyalty pledge" before being allowed in. Security must have been lax in Chicago if regular people could get in; Wisconsin state patrol can't help him there. He has given few speeches in public, the last public one was at the State Fair which was mobbed by the public.Usually it is at some business under guard.

Old enough to know better: Love it. A lot of unhappy old white people in that room.

It was incredibly polarizing.

Yeah, and the British said the same about the colonists I'm sure.

Stepping on the throat of poor people to help your rich friends: noble.

Protesting such an action: rude.

Gotcha.

I hear grumbling.

I always get a good laugh when one of you morons compare the smelly twinkles crowd to the American Revolution. Keep doing that. It makes you look real smart.

Either meinRS6 is a paid neocon shill or a nickel for six plutorcrat water carrier. Either way, he's a bit useless. And rude.

2011-11-07 09:41:15 PM
Good. I hope Walker knows how hated he is. I hope those voices keep him awake at night.

This is what happens when you sell peoples' rights to your rich pals in exchange for power.

2011-11-07 09:41:19 PM
Oh, my stars! Such deplorable rudeness is giving me the vapors!

First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win.

Ahh... The old Freedom of Speech to drown out the right of other's to speak. Why have your own meeting/protest when you can just drown out your opposition with loud voices. The intolerance of the left is a site to behold: Throw pies, block doors, yell over the opposition. Do whatever you can do to squelch the speech of others! It's the liberal way!

Rude? No one is arguing price of admission was paid (bacon is the question). In the Republican world, the product delivered is open to scrutiny. Isn't it?.

Did you miss the part about 300 Occupy Chicago protesters being arrested?

I rather liked that. I'm taking notes. And I have a really big mouth too.
