Whoaaaaah. I've been known to make a holiday cheeseball with two entire pounds of bacon IN it, as well as sharp cheddar, cream cheese, and minced green onions. I don't eat it all myself, though. You gotta watch your fingers when you're reaching out to place it on the table at Thanksgiving, you might lose a couple to folks that are in a hurry to get to it. It's pretty greasy and gnarly to make however.

/seems like I smell like bacon for about a week afterward no matter how much de-greasing soap I use.

I've cut way down on my bacon consumption, but like alcohol/cigarettes/caffeine/fatty-food/, I can not & will not eliminate it entirely from my diet.

If any of those things kill me .... fark it.
Better that then slowly die, forgotten in some senior home, while I lose my mind.
