Someone remind me why she had to go to jail in the very first place? Did she run someone over while coked out of her gourd?

For that matter...someone remind me why I'm supposed to give a shiat?

The system is broken, man.

2011-11-07 08:43:55 AM
That article was longer than her jail sentence.

*more obvious*

*OUR* system is broken.

her system is fine , so long as you have the money and status. It's not free.

2011-11-07 08:47:04 AM
The only way to change her behavior is to take her money.
Fine the Crap out of her and i think you are going to see a change.
I think that she is wasting tax payers money with this, so fine, fine away

2011-11-07 08:50:10 AM
It's that same sheriff the keeps punting her out the door, isn't it? If anyone there actually gave a fig, I'd think he would have been voted out by now.

2011-11-07 08:52:03 AM
They're trolling us.

2011-11-07 09:01:05 AM
Nah, the sherrif's just have her at the top of their death pools and are doing their best to make sure they win. Can you blame them?

That is your solution to everything commie, just take the money from the job creators. From the Ecuadorean coca farmer to the convenience store clerk selling her nudie pics Lilo is a big employer. Take her money away and those jobs go with it.

Leave Lindsay alone.

Haha, jail is for loser common people.

She finally went Playboy, I think its out next month. Say what you want about her choices in the media she still looks quite sexy.

/future sperm will die on a kleenex because of these photos

And that's why Justice is a faded memory in America.

I don't know why they bother. She violates probation repeatedly and doesn't serve any time. What she really needs is at least 30-90 days in rehab or she'll be dead before she's 30.

xanadian: Someone remind me why she had to go to jail in the very first place? Did she run someone over while coked out of her gourd?

At one point during a drug-addled episode she carjacked a bunch of people by leaping into their vehicle (I THINK after extracting their driver by force) and then blew down the street (Not the highway, the street) doing like 80. She was chasing a car with her assistant and I believe the assistant's mother, because the girl had just quit, if my memory is accurate. Carjacking can be a death penalty offense in California if a person dies during the crime. Lindsay got probation. Which she doesn't follow. Ever, And nothing happens. Because she's famous.

If I CARJACKED someone, I'd be lucky to get out of jail in a decade, never mind a couple of hours, and if I seriously violated probation they'd farking WRECK me.

The reason we should all be interested in this is because hundreds of people who have committed less serious crimes in the same city will be in jail for years, and Lindsay gets out in a couple of hours. That's completely unacceptable.

She already had that and she sneaked out, went drinking and when caught she violently refused a drug and alcohol test. And her punishment for that was to be let out early. She won't get any real punishment until he gets loaded and runs somebody over with her car. Hell she already had a DUI with an accident while she was either on probation or waiting to go to court for a previous DUI, I forget which, and she only got a slap on the wrist for that.

2011-11-07 09:28:35 AM
What the fark? Over-crowding huh? can't we just drop her off on some deserted island somewhere in the South Pacific and forget about her?

2011-11-07 09:29:11 AM
Wow Kim Kardashian's marriage lasted longer.

No surprise to her, no surprise to anyone. No wonder she continues her behaviors. She is the equivalent of an out of control teenager and she sees no consequences. She probably feels like she rules this shiat. You're supposed to be afraid of going to jail. That's how jail works. Jail for her is more like a quick stop on her itinerary of crazy train. Yup. The more I think about it, these fake jail visits are just conditioning her to become more of a sociopath. Nice job L.A. I do hope that she and everyone in her path live through it.

2011-11-07 09:37:19 AM
Dang, in the earlier threads when the debate was if she would get any jail time, I called four hours (with about 90 minutes of that being processing in and out). So close.

What's bad is that this is dragging on so long that no one is going to even remember the initial crime (DUI, dangerous driving, and the cocaine) that she didn't even do time for. This "jail sentence" was only because even though she got the lightest possible punishments, she didn't even do the probation right (continued use) nor the community service and stole while on probation.

She is going to either kill somebody in a DUI accident or in a few years after a few more of these prison episodes because she violated her probation she will be out of money and you will hear about her being arrested for trying to rob somebody like Dana Plato.

^^^. The Supreme Court had to order the State of California to release tens of thousands of its prisoners this year because of how often they imprison people for trivial offenses and how long they hold them due to their "three strikes" law. Ms. Lohan -beyond her persistent, public drug use which never goes punished- has committed violation after violation that would have landed any non-celeb in state prison, and her persistence in these violations, in the state of California, would have landed her there for most of her life. This episode is important because of how clearly and simply it exposes the various injustices of our legal and prison system.

No. What she needs is a dump truck full of meth and an Xbox.

She car jacked someone, stole jewelery worth thousands, violated probation, blew off her court appointed community service... yeah. She's a real winner there.

Gee, I wonder if I would get the same treatment if I violated my probation. I should try it.

Release after 5 hours due to "overcrowding"?!? Hell, find a basement somewhere and lock her in it! An old toolshed with the door chained shut, a storm cellar with a bolted door, something!!!

If not, you know what? Just forcibly give her a fatal overdose or shoot her in the farking head. Seriously, just cut the bullshiat and finish this, because she doesn't care about what she's doing to herself, and obviously no one else does, because no one's stepping up to the plate to stop her slow self-destruction. The media exploits her for the masses because they're too brain-dead to know any better than to ignore this coked-out whore, and her family and friends, while quick to talk about their concern, aren't grabbing her by the arms and legs and tossing her into a hardcore rehab center and barring the doors until she gets her shiat together.

And what really sickens me is that when she finally does end up dead in a puddle of her own waste, the media will martyr her, talking about how she was "misunderstood" and a "victim" of the perils of Hollywood stardom, and all these people who have been so quick to make fun of her will suddenly be all "Aww, poor Lindsay...such a talented young lady, gone too soon...may she rest in peace."

2011-11-07 10:47:59 AM
Why not just end her probation and forget about the whole thing. Think of the money it will save California. Why waste time and money on bringing her in or supervising her? Just let her go so she can fark up again and maybe off herself. She obviously is not learning anything.

2011-11-07 10:48:22 AM
Farking what. What.

/I know someone who recently had their driver's license renewal refused because she had failed to turn in her license plates in another state more than a decade ago. Only after she had paid the bribe to the other state and that state communicated with her present state of residence was she able to get a new license.

it does not happen. i got caught with some coke(misdemeanor), violated probation once because i was at a funeral when i was supposed to check in, and instantly got put away for 90 days

I knew a guy that had to do mandatory counseling a part of his DUI sentence. He had a year and waited to the last minute to set up the appointments, but he would have finished them by the time he had to finish. However he had broken his leg and was unable to finish the last 5 hours due to being confined to his bed. The judge gave him 90 days in jail despite having a medical excuse.
