Metallurgical coke is mostly used to produce steel, not as a fossil fuel.

I agree. Not one asian has ever spoken English with an accent. In fact, not one foreign language speaker has ever spoken English with an accent. To try and imitate imaginary accents is definately the signs of a racist dirtbag and why I have never and will never patronize any of John's shows.
