I have a cloak I sometimes wear at Halloween. Yeah, it has arm slits and your arms do get chilly, but overall that dude is pretty warm. I'd wear it more if it wasn't, you know, insanely dorky.

So much this. I remember a few years ago winters were horrible has all the women simply wore heavy bagging clothing. Now they dress like total sluts!

I've been wearing a cape in the winter for years. Keeps me warm and my legs dry. I initially got it because I was tired of wearing a nice dress in the winter, and my jacket only kept my torso warm. Didn't make any sense to me....got a cape.
