I'm betting that, like Clerks, this will be a big hit

Aar1012: I'm betting that, like Clerks, this will be a big hit

The only way I could see a Harold and Kumar animated series working is if it were on one of the premium channels like Showtime, HBO, Starz, etc. There's no way it's going to work on network TV.

In fact, 'Clerks" might have lasted longer had it been on a premium channel.

At least it's not Adult Swim. They'd mandate that it'd be written by and star Tim and Eric.

HK3 kind of sucked. There were a few good laughs and a some chuckles, but it was not worth seeing.

What the hell is up with that anyway? Those guys are not funny. Why does anyone think they are funny?

Also, why is this "Spiffy"? The first movie was alright -a stoner flick for a new generation- but movies like that don't need sequels. The second was terribly, and judging from the trailer, the 3rd's even worse, and by being so bad they detract from what was good about the original. How would you even do an animated series about a pair of stoners having frequent run ins with kinky strangers while dodging transparently racists Anglo idiots in a country where even statements as mundane as "Jesus Christ!" are occasionally censored from television?

I'm guessing the ability to suck a golf ball through a garden hose figures prominently into their air time.

Oh, look. More reasons why modern TV is going into the crapper.

/Seriously. NCIS, Mythbusters, and Doctor Who. Everything else I watch is on physical media or streaming from Netflix.

Dude, the NPH shiat alone was worth watching it.

As I have said before, Tim and Eric plays out like awkward AV nerds decided to make a show about being awkward nerds. All the jokes are in not being funny. Nerds being painfully unfunny on purpose is sad, like an octopus raping an anemic two headed cyclops kitten to death.

Weird Al Yankovic and PeeWee Herman already cornered this market, assholes, you don't even get crumbs. NOT EVEN CRUMBS

No, no it wasn't. One moderately funny bit does not a funny movie make. Also, people need to be clear, NPH is in the movie for one scene lasting about 5 minutes.

You are CORRECT SIR! Saw it yesterday, was disappointed, just the same old rehashed shiat not even done so well. Don't believe this one will become a holiday classic.

Not only was the movie bad, the 3d was even worse. It kept going in and out of focus to the point that I am not planning on watching any movie in 3d again. Not that I really thought this should be in 3d in the first place

Here's hoping it's better than Clerks: TAS.

VaportrailFilms: Claymation or GTFO

Too time consuming. Unless you can simulate it with CG. Which actually wouldn't be that hard.

Spoiler alert: its terrible. They should have just had harold and kumar make a cameo in a nph film

Just cancel it before it gets canceled.

If you get really, really, really farking high, they start to be funny. Same with Harold and Kumar, so maybe it would be a good fit.

I rather enjoy Clerks: The Animated Series. It could have had a decent run as a dirty cartoon on cable.

Um, I take it you haven't watched the Seth McFarlane channel lately?

I saw the new movie. I laughed my ass off. I suspect that you people went into it with too high expectations for a movie full of dick and weed jokes.
