Does he work for MotherFarker Global?

3-6 for $1600?

He should have gone for $160,000,000.00 and he would be out on probation.

Weapons-grade stupid. Right up there with the 18 year old who stole handguns at a job interview in a pawn shop.

Frampton Forges Checks!

Not as good as the Comes Alive album, but you can't top Johnny Cash for playing prison gigs.

2011-11-04 02:58:54 PM
He didn't show any ingenuity. Don't steal checks, steal cash instead you idiot!!! He almost had the job....he was this close too!

When he reported the missing checks to the bank, he was told four had been cashed, payable to Frampton, for $1,600.

Hey, dumbass...

Pay to the order of: CASH

Second-degree forgery? What else is involved to get it to first degree, aside from stealing someone else's checks, writing their signature on them, and cashing them?

That and don't take the checks off the top, take the ones from the back of the book. Gives you more time before they realize the numbers are not matching up.

Why would blank business checks not be locked in a secure location?
That is an invitation to crime.

When asked where he saw himself in 5 years he thoughtfully replied: Nearly done with my prison stay.

I made it on the bevel.

1.There is more surface for the nails to grip.

2.There is twice the gripping-surface to each seam.

3. The water will have to seep into it on a slant.
Water moves easiest up and down or straight across.

4.In a house people are upright two thirds of the time.
So the seams and joints are made up-and-down.

5. In a bed where people lie down all the time, the
joints and seams are made sideways, because
the stress is sideways.

6.Except.

7. A body is not square like a crosstie.

8. Animal magnetism.

9.The animal magnetism of a dead body makes the
stress come slanting, so the seams and joints of a
coffin are made on the bevel.

10. You can see by an old grave that the earth sinks
down on the bevel.

11.While in a natural hole it sinks by the center, the
stress being up-and-down.

12. So I made it on the bevel.

13. It makes a neater job.

God Damn that's kinda harsh for what amounts to stealing a little over a thousand dollars. Oh yeah, he's not a 1 percenter.

Damn, just get the job & steal from the cash register like everyone else.

Good luck cashing it at a bank without having an account.

One might theorize that he could learn from Jon Corzine while in jail. Except that he's be out before Corzine serves minute #1. And Corzine's going to a country club jail, while guy gets PMITA prison.

Wow, that sentence seems harsh for what was taken. You'd think they'd update the theft brackets a bit and save long prison sentences for people who physically hurt other people.

On the other hand, he now has a firm guarantee of three years room and board, plus utilities and all amenities.

Until the corporate thieves spend a proportionate time in the same jail with the same indignities as common thieves like the one in TFA then the concept of justice is a mockery.
