I've been to the Nugget and as far as strip clubs go, it's pretty nice. Lots' of dancers, nice variety, a big bar, and as much as a strip club goes you don't get the sensation you'll get your ass rolled in the parking lot.

Now Bambies, I've had friends who care about me honestly and sincerely forbid me from going in there. (and they know I l LOVE skanky strip clubs...helll don't judge me.) It's pretty much a roach infested pit with one or two toothless dancers complete with bullett holes. Makes the toy box look classy.

The damned homeless people won't even go there because the area is so poor for crying out loud.

Okay, WTF? Virtually all the busts were for drug possession, not distribution. So, now all these people are going to jail, most of them for having pot. Way to go, douchebag police.

The 19-year-olds were charged with possession of alcohol by a minor, and the bartender who allegedly served them, 28-year-old Lisa Huitt of Panama City, was charged with two counts of providing alcohol to minors. Huitt also was charged with possession of a controlled substance and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility after officers allegedly found prescription pills in her purse while she was being booked into the jail.

What?!!!! So, she had pills on her when they arrested her. So they took her into custody (leaving her no choice of where she was taken) and then they charge her with an additional crime for having something on her at the jail, WHICH THEY farkING FORCED HER TO GO TO. Seriously? I don't care if she stole those pills from a dying child, it is complete bullshiat to charge her for possession of contraband in a correctional facility when you took her and the contraband to the correctional facility against her will.

Not having had any experience with jails, but having had some experience with basic training, my guess would be that they laid out a list of all items which were "contraband" upon entry, and later cited her when she failed to turn them in when given the opportunity.

Could be. On the other hand, if she was under arrest, I severely doubt she had control over her purse when they brought her into the station. I've never been arrested, but I have been put in the back of a cruiser while a bunch of cops decided to search my car (and find nothing). They certainly took everything from my pockets when they did. Police and prosecutors routinely charge people with bullshiat things to get them to plea out in exchange for dropping those extraneous charges (things like resisting arrest, etc).
