True facts.

there's this great little cupcake shop not far form where I live. They have some of the most amazing cupcakes you ever tasted, I like to get up early on the weekend and get coffee and a whole bag full of those little goodies. Then go around the block and trade them to the cakewhores for bjs.

We're evolved to eat fats. We are *not* evolved to eat HFCS, cane sugar, or concentrated fruit juices. Read between the lines... it's not "fatty" foods, it's *carbohydrate* filled foods that are killing you.

I remember somewhere cigarettes being compared to heroin. Never got addicted to coke but I did get into some interesting goings on because of it.
