If I were her, I'd just do my stint in jail. After all, they'll put her in "solitary confinement" in a minimum security prison meaning she'll be having a nice bed, a tv, maybe a computer, her cell phone or something.

By now, I'd be tired of all the drama, the court rooms, the appeals, the whatever. Is not like she committed a felony and would be in jail for years, it'd be 30 days, besides, is not like she won't find work afterwards or have to register as a sex offender.

DUI- check (don't normally go to jail for this)
put on probation- check
theft while on probation- check (you go to jail for theft and you go to jail for probation violation)
Violate probation again- check (you definitely go to jail for this)


Unless the county jail is completely filled to the brim with rapists, murderers and other people who violated probation twice, AND committed grand theft why does she keep getting released early???

I showed that to a friend of mine who was undead for Halloween. His comment was, "That's for Halloween. right?" I told him, no, and he said, "Well, then. They must have done something to her digitally, right? I looked more alive as one of the undead."
